Is the right of publicity recognised?

Austrian law recognises the right of publicity. However, the right of publicity is not codified in just one article of Austrian law; rather, there exists a bundle of rights deriving from different national codes that can be invoked to defend one’s right of publicity and the commercial appro-priation of an individual’s identity.
